A family has been torn apart forever after one of the leading members died after catching a contagious disease from using a hot tub at the Airbnb where they were staying.
For many, vacations are supposed to be the most happiest and memorable times of their life. But there are many who may disagree and this family is the perfect exception.
Sandra Bermingham’s partner Paul passed away right after a trip to Malta in 2015. And it’s hard for his widow to keep up, despite years passing since the incident.
She is now all set to sue Airbnb who away her loving, fun, and caring partner who was also the sweetest father you could ever dream of.
The couple and their two kids reportedly stayed at the location where her husband is suspected to pick up the horrifying Legionnaire’s Disease, moments after utilizing the pool.
The rented holiday home is getting called out and now, they’re all set to face legal action.
The family is willing to file a lawsuit worth 1.2 million pounds after the loving husband and father passed away. They are also setting up a crowdfunding page to assist with the payments for the legal fees and will continue to fight for more compensation against the American-owned firm.
Paul tragically passed away just days after he got back from a festive Christmas holiday at a farmhouse that he rented in Malta. This was at a popular site.
Sandra says she’s been struggling for a while now. She isn’t been able to get anybody to take on the responsibility or shall we say the liability linked to her husband’s death. Hence, she’s really hoping to get this lawsuit filed.
