It was one family’s miracle who recently welcomed a 16lb baby that measured a staggering 2ft.

The miraculously large child was delivered to the proud mother via a c-section in Brazil and it’s safe to say his arrival did not go unnoticed for obvious reasons.

Both the mother and child appear to be doing well after the miracle C-section operation that delivered the huge baby. This particular event took place in the Amazonas State in Brazil.

Despite the large size, he is still a little off the world record of the heaviest or largest baby born. This record current stands at 22lbs as confirmed by the country’s media outlets.

Angerson was delivered at the Hospital Padre Columbo. At first, the doctors told the pregnant mother that she would be having a routine normal delivery. But after undergoing a few tests and ultrasounds, it was clear that the only way this baby was coming out was through a c-section.

Thankfully, all things went to plan and there were no complications that arose.

Despite being declared a newborn, the child already needs clothes and nappies that fit a nine-month-old child. And it’s definitely a rare encounter in society, family members explained.

They welcomed the child and congratulated the proud parents. The child is currently being held inside an incubator and is doing well right now. But it wouldn’t be wrong to mention how there are plenty of people who love coming in and taking a look at the large and adorable baby.

Doctors attributed his large size to his mother’s Diabetes condition. They claim that was the only logical reasoning that made sense. But they are glad that he is doing just fine and would be released soon.
