Just in case things couldn’t go from bad to worse for star rapper Kanye West, there’s more terrible news in store for the celeb.

This time around, it has to do with his famous Yeezy brand which is on the brink of eviction in Los Angeles after failing to pay out massive debts in terms of rent, sources have confirmed.

Sources from local media outlets have gone on to highlight how the news comes after the rapper’s brand in Los Angeles failed to pay rent and was falling behind by almost two months.

Meanwhile, documents have highlighted how the star owes around $60,000 in back rent. They’ve been ordered to vacate that premises within a time period of 72 hours unless the balance is paid in full. Moreover, the landlord mentioned how West is yet to pay the rent for this month and last month and it’s big deal.

This eviction notice that came about on Tuesday also goes on to mention how the property’s owner in Calabasas called out the rapper as an unlawful detainer for the office.

Within a time span of three days after the notice is generated, it is required that the person pay the amount mentioned for rent in full or end up quitting the space.

They would be required to pay the full amount or leave or deliver up the possession of the same to the authorized agent for your landlord. This is what the eviction notice went on to mention.

As you can imagine, it’s not the best news for the star who is already facing a lot of financial woes including paying a staggering amount of money in child support for the kids he shares with former partner Kim Kardashian.

The letter similarly added how legal action would ensue if West ends up paying or cooperating with the firm’s request.
