A video showing Dylan Mulvaney enjoying a get-together with transgender actress James Rose has resurfaced amid the Bud Light controversy.
The transgender influencer, who sparked a heated debate across the States after appearing in a Bud Light campaign, now dominates headlines thanks to her striking resemblance to actress James Rose.
Rose and Mulvaney previously made a light-hearted video to prove they are actually two different people after fans suggested James looks exactly like Dylan.
While Mulvaney works as a trans influencer and boosts nearly two million followers on Instagram and ten million on TikTok, Rose maintains a strong TikTok presence where the genderfluid influencer who transitioned from a male remains vocal about issues and concerns surrounding the acceptance of the trans community.
In their crossover video, Rose begins by saying “Day 61 of being a girl” in a reference to Mulvaney’s mini-series about her transition.
“Excuse me that’s kind of my thing but we can do it together,” Mulvaney chips in.
Together, they then say: “Day 61 of being a girl and we are in fact two different people.”
In the short clip, Rose goes on to explain that some people can’t tell the pair apart while Mulvaney reveals they’ve come together to set the record straight.
“What is it about us that people find so similar?” the influencers asked.
“Is it our brown hair?” Mulvaney said. “Is it the same sunglasses?” Rose added. “Is it our smiles?” Mulvaney continued. “Is it our crop top?” Rose went on. “Is it our musical theatre degrees?” Mulvaney concluded.
The clip then comes to a stop with the pair singing in unison and blowing a kiss to the camera.
