Today marks the day when Meghan Markle’s new podcast was aired and it’s safe to say that it’s not free from any controversies.
The Duchess of Sussex has taken another mighty swing at the Royal Palace, accusing them of something that literally brought her on the verge of tears.
According to Meghan, she was forced to carry on with her royal engagements and that meant her South Africa tour despite the fact that her son had narrowly escaped a harrowing danger.
A fire had reportedly broken out in Archie’s room and he had just narrowly escaped, it was revealed on the podcast. The news broke Meghan’s heart as it would for any mom but she was still forced to carry on with her South Africa tour, the Duchess explained.
The Archetypes podcast sees the Duchess in conversation with Serena Williams, where the duo speaks about double standards that so many females face in today’s world whenever they’re given the title of being ambitious.
“He was supposed to be sleeping in South Africa and in that very same room, a fire had broken out”- she explained while on the verge of tears. And that’s when she slammed her Royal aides for being so insensitive regarding the matter.
“They expected me to continue. They knew my focus, my mind, my heart was all on Archie but I was not given any break”- she explained.
Meghan was also seen slamming all those people who criticize her constantly for being so ambitious and driven toward her goals, adding how it’s amazing that people judge so many harshly when they’re a public figure.
