A loving mother has been killed after her clothing was set on fire by exploding fireworks during a New Year’s event.

The family has been torn apart forever during a happy occasion that did not take long to become bitter in seconds.

Sources from local media outlets were seen setting out details on the matter and how the victim who happened to be a mother of two was busy trying to make her new year special for her kids. But it didn’t take long for the ordeal to turn into a massive tragedy.

The fireworks got caught in her attire and Elisangela Tinem just did not know what to do. She began to panic on the beach in Sao Paulo where her family surrounded her.

The unauthorized fireworks display had attracted a large group of people on the sand strip. And that’s exactly where the victim happened to be present on that particular day.

Her cousin saw the horror unfold and it just became bad to worst as witnesses suddenly heard a loud bang emerge that was quickly followed by the most tragic explosion. After that, the distressing footage showed a body slamming down to the ground.

Local news outlets reported how the mother suffered massive injuries to her chest and her arm and due to that, she died.

Now, her sudden death is being looked upon through the eyes of a homicide investigation. But those present on the beach say it was the most heartbreaking thing they’ve seen in a long time.

Many citizens are slamming the municipal department for not taking a closer look at the arrangments and for allowing such incidents to take place.
