An evil murderer will now be allowed to dictate the lives of four young children that belong to the victim whom he killed.
According to reports from local media outlets, Jade Ward was stabbed in the most brutal manner imaginable and then later strangled by her ex-husband. During that period, the victim’s kids slept in the room next door.
29-year-old Russell Marsh reportedly sneaked into his mom’s home and that is where he attacked her, right before he hid her body underneath a pile of clothes.
Meanwhile, it is believed that the court heard late last year how the suspect had been forced to leave his workplace because his own brother tried to take his life. But the reality of the matter was that he was only trying to escape the wrath of his own evil actions.
Reports from Wales Online stated that he had been tracked by CCTV footage, phone masts, and some ANPR cameras. These showed in detail how he managed to head toward his ex-family home.
After arriving, he started to stab and then strangle his ex-partner. And then he made reports to the police that spoke in detail about how he had carried out the most horrible crime.
The suspect is believed to have been jailed for life and that included a jail sentence that comprised of nearly 25 years in prison. Now, the victim’s family is trying to change the law so that other similar families don’t need to go through the pain and anguish that they’ve been forced to endure.
This way, so many killers who conduct such heinous crimes would no longer have custody of the children and their lives.
For now, the family that is in charge of the children revealed how the killer is going to have the ultimate say about how the kids are raised and that is the scary part.
