Superstar actor Johnny Depp is being sued again and now he is planning on using his lucky charm lawyer Camille Vasquez for the second time.
According to local media reports, the actor is being slammed with a personal injury lawsuit that was recently brought up against him by Gregg Rocky Brooks who also happens to be the celeb’s co-star from the ‘City of Lies’.
Vasquez is going to be representing Johnny Depp’s legal team along with attorney Randall Smith as many have high hopes that she will again deliver a kicka** cross-examination session, similar to the way she did for the actor during his defamation trial.
Vasquez made headlines for her bold and intelligent way of handling the case which many felt was one of the key points that led the actor to victory, not to mention the great fame she gained during that period as well.
Depp has been accused of punching Brooks in a malicious and forceful manner in his ribs, leaving the celeb with massive injuries. This was reported moments before Depp mentioned in a threatening tone that he would be more than willing to pay the movie’s location manager a staggering $100,000 if he punched Brooks in the face.
But Johnny Depp tried to defend his violent behavior by claiming that everyone was done in self-defense and not with any evil intention. He also was caught mentioning how Brooks had provoked the ordeal and that’s why he was left with no choice but to behave in that manner.
Brooks has also gone about claiming that Johnny Depp’s intoxicated and furious behavior really created an awkward, unsafe, and hostile environment for everyone at work.
