Celeb Marie Osmond has left the world stunned after defending her decision of leaving zero inheritance for her children.
The celeb was seen opening up during a recent interview with US Weekly where she doubled down on the decision to leave nothing for her offspring and even justified why that would be the case.
The celeb says she felt sorry for all those parents who would go about leaving a fortune for their young ones to benefit from but in her case, that was not happening.
Similarly, Marie added how this was another way to breed the concept of laziness and it just was not something that she was keen on doing because she wanted her kids to work hard in life and see what the real world was all about.
The ageless beauty has eight children but from her wealth, they were going to inherit nothing, Maire boldly explained while speaking about motherhood recently.
She added how it was just not in her blood to give it all away. She says that she’s had a difficult life and has earned her status, hence she wishes her children to do the same and make a name for themselves that the world would remember.
The greatest gift that you can give a child is the passion to search within and see what their true calling may be.
It’s something that would last them for decades and your future self would thank you for that, she added.
“Why would you not enable your child to be something? It just does not make sense”- she continued to mention. “I don’t know of anyone that has ever become anything with the money that they’re granted”- she explained toward the end and it made sense.
