Terrifying and tragic reports coming in from Costa Blanca have confirmed the death of a young boy who happened to be on a family vacation.

Sources from local media outlets went into detail about how the child fell a staggering 50ft to his death from the hotel’s reception.

He was identified as a young 11-year-old who was located inside a hotel with loved ones by his side but at that time, he happened to be practicing parkour.

Several tourists located at the hotel were able to witness the horror unfold before their eyes when he landed at the hotel reception, after falling around 50ft. This incident took place on Sunday at 3 pm in the afternoon.

Therefore, he was rushed to a nearby medical facility after suffering the most terrifying critical injuries at the scene. But he died on Sunday night, as doctors just couldn’t save him from the aftermath that ensued.

Costa Blanca is known for its famous tourist hotspots and it’s one of the most common places visited by foreigners in the southeastern part of Spain.

This particular hotel where the bloody incident unfolded is yet to be named by the cops but it’s stated to be located near Benidorm.

Meanwhile, one spokesperson for the country’s Civil Guard says they are currently taking part in investigations but so far, the evidence they have found are pointing toward negligence and not foul play of any sort.

“The tragedy has to do with negligence on the part of the youngster who died”- they went on to boldly mention.

Sources claim that the child was actually not even staying at this particular hotel. But the fact that he was playing on the roof of the hotel building with another one of his friends is just tragic.
