Sir David Attenborough admits wishing that he could have filmed more in Britain than what he actually did.
The leading broadcaster mentioned how topics like politics really came his way and in the end, that served as huge hurdles for him.
The politics that this legendary broadcaster appears to be talking about are linked to the BBC channel. It has to do with a lot of distracting scenarios that he just was not willing to speak about in detail.
For those who may not know, he was a beloved personality that many people adored since the 1950s. He had many glorious days linked to wildlife dispatches that he went on in different parts of the world. And that is what kept plenty of people stunned and glued to their screens.
But for him, Britain would always be his home, no matter what people had to say. And that just goes to show what a patriotic person he is that until today, he recalls not being able to shoot enough in his country that gave him his identity.
“I do regret it so much. I should have shot more programs while being given the chance to do so in my own home nation. It’s sad if you ask me. I am a little sad about it and I look at it with so much regret”- he continued.
He similarly explained how he wishes he could turn back time greatly and go back to those good old times. But for now, he’s just going to keep on looking at it with a little regret.
“I don’t regret a lot of things in this world but one thing has to be related to this. I am sad that I did most of my natural history shows overseas”- he continued.
