A mother has admitted to manslaughter charges after she reportedly killed her own daughter.
According to reports from local media outlets, the mother says she murdered her teenage daughter because she was becoming morbidly obese and that was not something she was willing to accept.
Kayles Louise Titford passed away through the evil actions of her own parents. She was shunned by them after being so overweight that she could no longer walk. Hence, she was forced to use a wheelchair and move around.
At the age of 16, her life had come to an absolute standstill. It was just so hard for her to live under these circumstances. But little did she know that her own parents would be the ones to take her life in the end.
The young victim’s body was located by the cops in a manner that they described as being utterly tragic. She was pale, cold, and simply could not be woken.
Both the mom and dad were charged with gross negligence related to the matter. Similarly, they allowed her death to take place, despite knowing she was a child and a vulnerable person.
Appearing before the court, they admitted to the horrifying crime. While the mother did accept the charges, the father has denied them and hence will be taking part in a separate trial soon, local media outlets revealed.
The court also heard more about how the child’s obesity took place due to her parent’s failure to meet her dietary needs. And that proved to be a very heartbreaking situation for her.
