Horrifying new footage has reportedly been released by the police showing a cross-bow-wielding intruder threatening to assassinate the Queen.
According to local media reports, the teenage suspect was arrested just one day before Christmas by authorities as he tried to intrude into the grounds of Windsor Castle.
The young man claims that he wished to take revenge against the Queen for the historic 1919 Amritsar Massacre. Today, he has been pictured for the first time.
The suspect was identified as Jaswant Singh Chail who uploaded a video that was pre-recorded to Snapchat at about 8:06 am on Christmas Day. Moreover, authorities revealed how it was just 24 minutes before one man was arrested by an officer inside the grounds of Windsor Castle.
This news has sparked major concern and is being looked at as a huge internal security review at the Royal estate as this is the first time that someone this young has managed to get so far into the Royal premises with ease.
Chail was pictured for the first time and investigators following the case have revealed how he was raised upon a semi-detached residence on a private estate worth nearly 500,000 British Pounds in Southampton.
Surprisingly, the suspect’s father has voiced his concern over his own son, adding how something had gone terribly wrong with his child and they are still trying to figure out what that is.
The 57-year-old father has also revealed how both he and his wife have not been able to speak to his son since the incident but they are trying their best to get him all the help that he needs.
“Please try to understand our perspective. We are all going through a difficult time and we are trying to resolve this matter and it is not that easy,” he explained during an interview with Daily Mail recently.
