Terrifying leaked video footage has put one judge in the spotlight where she could be spotted lying on her bed in underwear while smoking during a recent court hearing.
The judge who hails from Columbia was reportedly suspended after the footage went viral, with many calling her a disgrace to the country’s judicial system.
Vivian Polania looked semi-naked and was smoking for a period of 33 seconds. The solicitor who witnessed the ordeal decided to generate a complaint against her which then sparked a mega investigation.
This led to her immediate suspension for a period of three months during the court hearing through Zoom.
Polania managed to switch her laptop’s camera off after receiving a stark warning from one of the attendees over there. She appeared laid back at first for showing her skin in that casual position but the warning really took a toll on her in the end.
Now, the 33-second long viral is going viral and has become the subject of great attention by many who are now calling her out for such unprofessional behavior.
After the formal complaint was generated by the solicitor, the entire ordeal sparked a huge investigation and that led to the disciplinary commission telling the 34-year-old to put her robes up until an official investigation gets completed by the middle of February.
The shocking decision had come after a period of two years and that’s when Vivian lashed out at her own critics. They slammed her over the images that she put up on social media that showcased her muscles.
