A young woman has been arrested in connection to the murder of her husband and also for chopping up his dead remains and cooking them for dinner too.
According to local media outlets, the woman who hails from Afghanistan justified her behavior by claiming her husband deserved it as he was having an affair outside of their marriage.
After catching him red-handed, she thought the best way to take revenge was to kill him and that’s exactly what she ended up doing.
The incident was brought to the attention of the police after the neighbors complained of an awfully foul odor coming from her home. And that’s when authorities decided to intervene.
The woman is also believed to have a five-year-old girl. But still, she was willing to tear her family apart by killing her husband and then dismembering his remains. And if that wasn’t gruesome enough, she even opted to cook up his body parts, leaving many stunned.
Local media reports claim the incident took place on Friday in Iran where the police have now recovered her husband’s mutilated body. As far as the suspect is concerned, she is currently behind bars in police custody.
The woman is yet to be named but she admits to the crime and says that matters between her and her abusive partner got worse when she found out that he was cheating on her with another woman. And that was not something she was willing to accept.
The cops were spotted placing handcuffs on her hands after pressing charges of an alleged murder on her too.
“I saw my husband with the woman in our own home. After she left, we both had an argument. He brought a knife and I told him that if he was cheating on me, he should kill me. But he gave me the knife and I had no other option”- she revealed.
