A new witness has come forward to detail some shocking findings about a fight that took place between Gabby Petito and her boyfriend Brian Laundrie, just days before her death.
The 26-year-old who preferred to be identified by his first name Chandler says Laundrie used his closed fist to swing directly into Gabby’s face. The incident reportedly took place during a heated argument that really took Gabby by surprise.
The fight reportedly took place in Wyoming, a few days before her death, the source confirmed.
Speaking to The Sun for an exclusive interview, he mentioned that the incident took place at a red traffic signal and during that time, he noticed Laundrie striking his lover violently. The exact location of the tragic incident was identified to be Moonflower Community Cooperative in Wyoming.
Chandler again confirmed how Laundrie was the most aggressive one in the relationship and he was the one who slammed Petito with the closed fist.
It took place exactly one year from today, local media outlets added and on the occasion, many are still speaking of the horrors that she went through because she trusted her boyfriend so much. But what he did to her, in the end, was just heartbreaking.
“It was the kind you’d see during a slapping motion but the only difference here is the closed fist. They were yelling at each other and then Brian just swung at her from nowhere. If I remember correctly, it was his left hand!”- Chandler further elaborated.
Similarly, he recalled looking at the couple fighting near the backside of their passenger seat. He says that the way he struck her so violently was shocking, adding that it caused her to fall back against the van.
Chandler says that Petito definitely felt the force because she slammed back into the van, hitting her back and most likely hitting the back side of her head too.
