Three Children KILLED Including An Adult After A Horrific Car Accident In Clinton Township, Ohio


Ohio State Highway Patrol said a crash late Saturday night in Ohio took the lives of four people, including three children.

Zane Hull, 21, of Delta, Ohio caused the crash when he failed to yield the right of way as he was heading eastbound on County Road H and hit Muriel Michael, 28, of Wauseon, who was driving southbound on County Road 14.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, four people, including three children, died after the car crash in Fulton County Saturday night at 11:48 pm. The two children were students of Evergreen Elementary School which is located in Metamora, Fulton County.

Investigators said that Hull failed to give the right of way and struck Michael. Two passengers in Michael’s vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene, Xavier Brown, 25, from Wauseon, and an unnamed child.

State Troopers said Michael was flown to Toledo Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was in critical condition Sunday afternoon. Two other children in Michael’s car were also rushed to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center but did not survive.

OSHP hasn’t released the ages of the children. All four people killed were passengers in Michael’s car, while Hull’s injuries aren’t life-threatening.

On Sunday, Superintendent Eric Smola confirmed to WTOL 11 that two children died as a result of the accident; a first grader and a fourth grader, the death of the third child was confirmed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on the same day, bringing the death toll to four.

Superintendent Smola said: “Today’s loss of two Evergreen Elementary students and their family members is devastating to the Viking community. On behalf of Evergreen Local Schools, our hearts, prayers, and condolences go out to all who were involved in the tragic auto accident.”

“In addition to its counseling team, Evergreen will also have therapy dogs and counselors from neighboring school districts and agencies available this week to help our students and staff cope with this incredibly sad loss,” Smola added.

According to OSHP Hull was driving a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, while Michael was driving a 2013 BMW 5 series. Authorities believe that it is possible that not all passengers are wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Morenci Fire Department, and Wauseon Fire Department assisted at the scene. Michael is currently in the hospital and her condition is unknown at this time.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is referring the case to county officials for potential charges. However, the incident remains under investigation.
