“True to form, she fought nail and tooth until her last breath”- they captioned the image. They even shared her final test results that showed how much that little soul was forced to endure since the day she was born.
“Poppy showed us how to be so grateful and happy with whatever cards you are dealt with”- the heartbreaking caption went on to add.
