In February 2016, the accused was sentenced to 67 years in jail but now, he has managed to walk out free. It’s all thanks to his lawyer who fought for him by stating that there was a loss of a court computer that reportedly contained the transcript of his murder trial.

According to him, that is what ended up making it literally impossible for him to stage an appeal on the matter.
