A Pastor has reportedly resigned from his leading position at the new life Christian Church in the state of Indiana.
According to local media reports, the entire church went into a state of shock and disbelief after one of the attendees of Sunday’s ceremony suddenly got up from her seat and decided to vent out her allegations against the pastor.
The woman named Bob Gephart was loud and bold as she blurted out in an emotional tone how the pastor standing and leading the congregation was actually guilty of committing adultery.
Moreover, the churchgoer revealed how she was just a young and innocent 16-year-old when the Pastor groomed her into having sexual relations with her. And that literally caused a moment of pure silence and discomfort in the courtroom as people couldn’t believe what they were hearing.
At that time, the pastor was believed to be in his late 30s, as revealed by the woman who says she was a victim of abuse from a man that’s supposed to lead others to piety and goodness but instead, chose to do nothing but evil and wrongdoing.
But in a shocking turn of events, we saw the Pastor acknowledge his wrongdoing, in a step that many felt was quite bold and definitely the right thing to do.
He revealed in a rather loud tone how he was indeed guilty of committing adultery. In addition to that, he requested his forgiveness from the church first and then the victim, boldly admitted how he was in the wrong.
And before you know it, the Pastor even received a standing ovation from so many as he made his exit from the Church after resigning from his leading position for decades.
