A transgender woman has recently been blasted for child abuse after she was caught feeding her wife’s newborn infant.
According to local media reports, the trans woman is said to have begun a new hormone therapy that would stimulate milk production in her breasts so she could go about feeding her wife’s child.
While the woman’s identity remained anonymous, her story was posted on Reddit where she was described as undergoing a special type of consultation with her physician for this feeding purpose.
But the news clearly didn’t go down too well with so many people who felt it was not only shocking but beyond outrageous to conduct experiments of these kinds on an infant.
Through the ingestion of various drugs and hormones, the trans woman is said to have grown her breasts in size and also stimulated her milk glands, solely for this purpose, over a course of several months.
“I was taking estrogen and progesterone throughout the time my wife was pregnant. And then six weeks before the baby arrived, I stopped it”- she explained.

Twitter and Reddit were full of comments where the majority of people were against the transgender woman’s decision to feed an infant breastmilk that could be under the influence of drugs and hormones.point 289 | 1
“Where is the published peer review that shows this type of breastmilk is safe. You are passing on things that are harmful to the child’s overall growth and health. There is no need for this”- mentioned one very angry reader.
Others suggested that the mother should be left with the decision to feed her child in whatever way she likes. And that it was a matter that should be dealt with on a private basis without public interference. What do you think?
