Justin Bieber’s family friend Clayton Soyka, who was believed to be in his mid-20s, died suddenly.
Soyka worked as a sales executive in Ontario, Canada – the Biebers’ hometown. While his official cause of death is yet to be confirmed, reports say the young man might have struggled with personal issues before his untimely passing.
“Always had a soft spot for you. Always seen the struggle in your eyes. If u only knew that it always gets better. You will be missed. So long @claytonsoyka rest easy,” Justin’s father, Jeremy, wrote in a tribute to the young man.
He also shared a photo of himself and Soyka taken during a UFC match back in 2018.
That same year, Clayton was also seen attending Jeremy’s wedding in Jamaica along with Justin and the singer’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Previously, in 2015, Clayton also shared a snap showing him playing sports with Justin and Jeremy as he thanked the Biebers for including him in their family event.
“Shoutout to @justinbieber and the Bieber family for putting me in the family game, you guys rock,” he wrote at the time.
Clayton’s premature death comes nearly two months after the young man’s final post on Instagram.
In his cryptic post, Clayton wrote: “Silence is violence.”
It is believed that Clayton was friends with Jeremy Bieber and his wife Chelsey for many years. It is unclear whether the young man remained in touch with Justin in recent years.
Our thoughts are with Clayton’s family and friends during this challenging time.
