President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden were recently blasted by grieving parents as they made their way to Texas.
According to local media reports, the couple visited the Texas shooting massacre memorial that was held in honor of the 21 victims who died in a senseless tragedy after being killed by a radical teen gunman.
But the move was not appreciated by many grieving families who felt the move made by the President was solely for media attention and nothing else.
Loud sounds of cries filled the air with people screaming: “Do more Mr. President”- and shortly after that, Biden was seen commenting back: “We will!”
The news comes as vice president Kamala Harris has also called for the issuance of a ban on all assault weapons, keeping in line with this recent school massacre as well as the attack on a supermarket in Buffalo, New York.
The democrats have been pushing for an end to legislation that gives all 18-year-olds the legal right to purchase guns. Therefore, the Biden Administration is trying to do everything in its power for stricter gun control measures.
Both the President and first lady were also seen going through a number of memorials that featured the pictures of the victims who had died in the tragic incident.
A number of emotional citizens expressed their concerns to the President about what they expected him to do in regard to the growing number of gun violence cases.
