Actress Drew Barrymore claims she has not had intimacy in the longest of times, ever since she split with Will Kopelman.
The famous celeb really opened up for an interview where people were appalled to see a new side to her that they’d never seen before. What was interesting is how she claims that she feels it’s a subject that is not only overrated but discussed a bit too much.
“When you have a great connection, you don’t need physical intimacy to be there. You just need that person’s love and support”- the famous filmmaker, actress, and host explained.
She feels that people who go on and on about how wonderful their bedroom life needs to get a grip on it because she’s been single for a while and not engaged in s*x and she feels great.
Barrymore could also be seen speaking about how intimacy is not what love is all about and people really needed to get their facts straight.
The former actress starred in the likes of films such as Charles’s Angels and she claims to have met a lot of men in her life before that and after that. But her divorce that took place in 2016 made her realize that she is stronger than she may think she is.
Today, she’s focusing on her own life and personal well-being. She added that life has thrown a lot of curve balls in her direction. But for her, it’s all about motherhood and living for her kids and seeing them grow up to be wonderful and incredible people.
“I used to search for fun, excitement, and pleasure across the board before I became a mother. But that didn’t last long and I really understood the true meaning of life after that”- she revealed.
