Leading Ukrainian ballet superstar Artyom Datsishin has been killed in a brutal Russian shelling strike.
According to local media reports, the 43-year-old sustained severe injuries after Russian invaders shelled the area where he happened to be present.
The incident has caused severe outrage against Russian invaders as the celeb was considered to be one of the biggest names to hail from the Moscow Bolshoi Theater.
Sources revealed how the performer was recently hospitalized after being critically injured in the attack that took place about three weeks back.
He fought for his life for nearly 20 days but it just wasn’t enough as he passed away today.
The star was an internationally acclaimed name for his masterpiece performances and was hailed for his brilliant talent around the globe.
He was also considered an honored artist from Ukraine but sadness was in the air after he was reportedly wounded in the military strike that took place in the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv, just two days after the Russian invasion began.
One of the star’s close friends revealed how he was fired upon by Putin’s men.
“He was very seriously injured and had died in the hospital”- the performer’s friend continued.
Datsishin had reportedly performed some of the main roles for Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty, and Giselle.
In the same way, sources revealed how he had even gone on leading tours to the US as well as Europe.
His dancing style had great academic expressiveness that stood apart from all others while his romantic elation and great psychological death were also called out for being unique.
The star’s funeral will now be held today, confirmed officials.
