Shocking reports are speaking about actor Alec Baldwin being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal Rush shooting that left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead.

Halyna Hutchins was killed on October 21 when a gun that the actor was holding on the sets of his latest film was fired. The bullets hit Hutchins and caused her to suffer fatal injuries, leaving her dead.

The actor now has two charges of involuntary manslaughter against his name. In the same way, the movie’s armorer is also being given similar charges by the DC office for not making sure the weapon was empty when they were handed over to the celeb to hold on to the sets of the new film.

Hannah Reed and Alec Baldwin’s charges are definitely a shock to many in the industry, as they feel the case should have been handled differently, as it was not the actor’s fault who ended up mistakingly firing and killing the crew member in charge of cinematography.

While they may never be able to bring her back again, such reports are a form of closure, the family’s lawyers revealed.
