A 21-year-old student nurse named Chloe Austin is sharing her horrifying experience related to an amusement park ride that turned into her life’s worst nightmare.
While pain and fear are one of the last things associated with such thrilling rides, this young woman got a rude awakening that changed her life forever.
Chloe says she left paramedics and doctors stunned when she managed to make it out alive in a miraculous manner, after being dumped down to the ground from a ride at an amusement park.
“It almost cut me in half. Doctors claimed to have zero hopes regarding my survival. They knew I would die but somehow, I managed to make it out alive”- she revealed.
The horrific incident left her with an array of awfully looking open fractures that struck her right leg as well as her pelvic region. The incident took place last year in August and she’s still not able to overcome the fear associated with it.
“I spend 22 days in a coma. My loved ones didn’t even know if I was going to make it out alive. I had to undergo so many surgeries that literally saved my life before I was involved in a grueling episode of recovery”- the nurse explained.
She even had to learn how to walk again because that’s how bad things had become for her in the end.
The head of Trauma at the hospital where she was treated at in Lancashire revealed how it was beyond a miracle to see Chloe walking out of the medical facility on her own. She called it nothing less than an unbelievable miracle because the incident nearly cut her in half.
Chloe says that when she got up from the coma, she couldn’t remember anything. She didn’t even remember entering the fair but that was only temporary.
Thankfully, she is up and running and healthy again, promising to never take such rides again, and also to be grateful for the biggest blessing of them all, and that’s her health.
