Amber Heard broke down on the stand and had to pause to breathe as she described how ex-husband Johnny Depp put a bottle ‘inside of’ her.
The 36-year-old actress took the stand for the second day and claimed that Depp threw cans of beers and bottles at her at the Australia home he was renting while filming Pirates of the Caribbean 5 after they tied the knot.
“I have never been so scared in my life,” Heard said.
Describing the incident to the court, Heard said she was on a countertop when she felt pressure on her ‘pubic bone.’
“I don’t know, I don’t remember what I said, I just remember being really still, I didn’t want to move,” she said.
“I remember looking at all of the broken bottles, broken glass. I remember not wanting to move because I didn’t know if it was broken, I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside of me was broken.
“I didn’t feel pain, I didn’t feel anything. I looked around, saw so much broken glass, I didn’t know if he would know if it was broken or not.
“I just remember thinking please god, please I hope it’s not broken.”
She later told the court: “Johnny had the bottle inside of me and was shoving it inside of me over and over again.”
The former couple had argued the day before, during which Heard says her ex-husband was taking drugs and drinking.
Their heated argument continued the following day, and the actor became angrier when she grabbed his alcohol bottle and threw it to the floor.
“At some point he had a broken bottle up against my face area, he told me he would carve up my face,” she expressed, claiming that it wasn’t the first time Depp had said this.
