A man is being hailed as the puppy villain after her dyed his pet dog red and yellow to make him appear like the famous character from Pokemon named Pikachu.
Many onlookers appear to be horrified at what was going on, thanks to this man’s intentions and of coloring his pet in this terrifying manner.
While the man says he intended no harm, the reality of the situation had to do with the simple fact that he wished to have a real live animal appearing like a fictional character.
Pikachu is a famous character from the Pokemon franchise. He is not only short and chubby but he is famous for being the most adorable rodent of them all.
The suspect has been identified as Erik Torres who was slapped with the mega fine after dying his dog Zaza’s fur. This fine comprised of $200 and was in accordance with the state’s Ordinance Act.
“I did my homework before I opted to dye my little furball. I love him more than anything else in this world and people should realize that. I never intended to do any harm!”- he continued.
Similarly, the cartoon villain was seen mentioning how he dyed his little furball using a specific type of dye that was not only the same for horses but also for dogs.
And this particular makeover was for the sake of his daughter, he went on to mention.
The incident has left people both furious and stunned as to what was going on. It just made them realize how inhumane some can be in this matter and how his little pup is suffering because of him.
