Aaron Carter’s Twin Sister Speaks Out After The 34-Year-Old Singer Was Found Dead At His Home


Aaron Carter’s sister has spoken out and shared a heartfelt tribute to her twin brother after he was found dead at his home.

The 34-year-old rapper was found lifeless in a bathtub at his home in Lancaster, California, on Saturday. While the cause of death remains unclear, his brother, Nick Carter, appeared to blame the suspected drowning on “addiction and mental illness.”

Following the rapper’s premature passing, his twin sister, Angel Carter Conrad, spoke out and vowed to carry her brother with her until the day she dies.

“To my twin… I loved you beyond measure,” she wrote in her touching post.

“You will be missed dearly. My funny, sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you and I, and I promise to cherish them. I know you’re at peace now.

“I will carry you with me until the day I die and get to see you again.”

Adding to the heartbreak, Conrad also shared a series of never-before-seen photos showing the siblings side by side as babies and young children.

In one picture, the newborn siblings are seen swaddled in pink and blue onesies at the hospital. In others, they are seen wearing matching clothes and sporting a similar hairstyle.

Posting a tribute to the young musician was also his brother, Backstreet Boys vocalist Nick Carter, who wrote:

“My heart has been broken today. Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded.

“I have always held onto the hope that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed.”

Suggesting his brother’s mental health issues could be the reason behind his death, Nick added: “Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss. But the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here.”
