A mother of two kids is sharing her sad discovery with the world after finding out the truth about her daughter and ex-husband.
The mum took out the time to plead for advice from viewers after sharing her personal story on an online platform recently. Here, the mum explained how she found out that her own daughter and ex-husband were seeing each other and were intimately involved too.
Devastated and horrified as ever, she went to her online Mumsnet users for help which has now been deleted. The mum wrote about her great concerns regarding the terrifying discovery and also questioned whether or not this relationship would be termed as a case of moral incest or not.
Revealed the intimate details of her story to the world, the mum says that she had her very first child when she was so young in age. Therefore, she went on to marry her previous partner when her child was only 11 years old.
In addition, the mum revealed how her partner never really adopted her daughter, but he did raise her as if she was one of his own. But what really struck out is how the little girl used to call him dad for more than 20 years and that is what makes this story even more heartbreaking for her.
Now, her own daughter has a young son that refers to him as ‘Pappy’ or grandfather.
While the mum feels that this case is not a matter of incest biologically, she feels it is terribly wrong on so many levels. “I am in absolute shock and I have not been able to speak to both of them, since I found out the truth,” she exclaimed.
Horrified to find out her side of the story, the users gathered to comfort the mum but some did voice some concerns as to when or how the relationship actually began in the first place. Others mentioned that this story was definitely appalling but it was not unheard of.
As a whole, many asked the mum to keep strong and stay neutral as her daughter might be needing her help soon after making such a decision.
