A heartbreaking and chilling account from a young girl’s diary who was murdered by her own father has surfaced today.
In the tragic wordings, the young girl speaks about how hard it was for her to ask for help, despite knowing her father’s ill intentions. Moreover, 17 years old claimed how her own mother refused to believe her facts, calling her a liar, every time she opted to speak up on the issue.
In addition, the girl whose name is Bernadette Walker added how she talked to her mother openly about her father’s sexually abusive nature. But instead of supporting her, the mother chose to turn on her and even threatened to kill her, if she went to the police to complain.
In the end, Walker’s stepfather ended up murdering her, just so he could stop her from pursuing the truth about the sexual abuse that she continually made against him.
The tragic details from the teen’s chilling confessions were brought forward in the courtroom, right after her 51-year-old dad was termed guilty by a jury for the murder.
One prosecutor from Cambridge’s Crown Court revealed how the suspect created an alliance with the teen’s mum, just so he could cover up the young girl’s death. In the same way, he was also guilty of sending out texts from the deceased girls’ phone, just so he could give the impression that she was still alive.
Right after that, he opted to hide her murdered body along with his partner’s help. But today, police revealed a part of her chilling diary that included a heartbreaking entry that was reportedly written, right before she had disappeared.
“She always used to say that the other children mattered so much more. I love that feeling of being unwanted. I always used to think the feeling would go away and my mother would deal with my sick father but no. She just thinks that I made it all up,” the teen recorded in her confessions.
The note ends with Walked adding how unbelievable it was for a mother to not believe her own daughter.
