On the second occasion, he rammed his vehicle into another, ramming into a tree, near the airport. After a small foot chase with cops, officers finally got a hold of him.

The innocent child plummeted from the second floor, flying 22 feet. She slammed into the pavement. Upon receiving a terrifying 911 call, officers and paramedics rushed to the scene. While they attempted to perform CPR over London, she showed no response.
