Brian Hugh Warner, known professionally as Marilyn Manson, has allegedly locked women in ‘a solitary-confinement cell’ so he can ‘psychologically torture’ them, report claims.
According to the report by Rolling Stones, Manson, 52, would allegedly lock his girlfriends in the glass prison for little offenses.
The report revealed that the 52-year-old celebrity reportedly called the small, soundproof confinement cell the ‘Bad Girls’ Room’, and previously boasted about it during press interviews.
Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters, who is currently suing him for assault as well as other charges, claimed that he liked bragging people about the ‘Bad Girl’s Room.’
Walters also revealed that it was about ‘the size of a department-store dressing room’.
However, Ryan Brown, a second former assistant who worked with Manson for eight years, has since denied seeing any person locked inside the soundproof enclosure, but he described it as the singer’s open secret.
“It was common knowledge that’s what everybody had called it,” Brown said.
Another person who is suing Manson for assault and unlawful imprisonment is Ashley Morgan Smithline.
Smith told Rolling Stone that she was forced to stay inside the small room for hours during her relationship with Manson.
“At first, he made it sound cool. Then, he made it sound very punitive,” Smithline said. “Even if I was screaming, no one would hear me.”
“First you fight, and he enjoys the struggle,” Smithline revealed. “I learned to not fight it, because that was giving him what he wanted. I just went somewhere else in my head.”
Last year, more than a dozen women have accused Manson of psychological or abuse, four of whom have filed civil lawsuits against him.
Meanwhile, Manson’s attorney released a statement and denies all accusations against his client.
“[Manson] vehemently denies any and all claims of sexual assault or abuse of anyone.”
