A photograph of the knife attacker has been published by the Norwegian media today in which he is wielding a knife. Six shots were heard when the cops tried to stop the man from running, according to the Norwegian media. In 2019, the attacker stabbed a passerby and set fire to his clothes. The victim was saved later by another passerby.
The court appointed several mental health experts for him during the trial who disagreed whether the attacker had paranoid schizophrenia or drug-induced psychosis. Although, they all agreed that the man should be placed in mental health care for some time.
Last month, five individuals were killed by another unidentified person armed with a bow and an arrow, and a knife in southwest of Oslo.
