A mother was recently accused of being a man stealer for publicly breastfeeding her child in public on a plane.
According to media reports, Reka Nyari says she breastfed her child while traveling on a plane and that upset another passenger who was enraged as she felt Reka tried to steal her man.
“I publicly nurse my two-year-old in public and a lot of people have issues with that,” the mum added.
The 39-year-old mum hails from the state of New York and claims people need to get over the concept of linking breasts to sex. Moreover, she feels that many don’t understand why she still feeds her 2-year-old in public. But with the great benefits of breastfeeding at hand, this mum can’t help herself.
On a recent plane journey, the mum says she was criticized for feeding her hungry child as a woman’s husband couldn’t stop staring at her boobs. The woman argued that the 39-year-old was trying to pinch her man away from her by exposing her boobs in public. After hearing her thoughts, the mum became enraged and felt disgusted at how low that woman’s thinking turned out to be.
Now, the mum claims that she’s on a mission to get naked images out of herself where she’s breastfeeding so as to normalize the concept of feeding in public.
“It is super irritating to me sometimes because I can’t believe how low people turn out to be,” mentioned the 39-year-old. “The woman used swear words and called me disgusting too and I was appalled beyond belief,” she added.
“I am a very strong advocate for all of those mothers who select to nurse their children beyond the age of one because it is a natural practice and super beneficial for mothers across the board.
