The man claims law enforcement officers and the Kenosha Sheriff’s department were fully involved in allowing armed protesters to run around the streets freely during the horrifying demonstration that took place.

During that tragic incident, Kyle Rittenhouse shot down Joseph Rosenbaum, Gaige Grosskreutz, and Anthony Huber using modern weapons which included one AR-style rifle with a semi-automatic mechanism.

The incident that occurred on August 25th, 2020 was in protest of the brutal police shooting of Jacob Blake, where an officer shot down Blake, just two days earlier.

While both Rosenbaum and Huber sadly passed away in the unfortunate incident, Grosskreutz managed to make it through, despite suffering a massive gunshot wound to his arm due to the teen’s shooter’s actions.

Recent updates on the case revealed how Prosecutors have gone about charging Rittenhouse who was 17 at that time for numerous accounts including the crime of homicide too.

But in his defense, the teen who hails from Wisconsin argued how he only fired in his self-defense with fear that if he did not take a stand for himself, he would ultimately be shot down to the ground. Similarly, the teen argued how both Rosenbaum and Huber attacked him and that’s why he had no choice but to pull the trigger.

But now, the recent lawsuit against the Kenosha police claims that the police were well aware of armed militia and their intent to hurt others but still they managed to do nothing about the situation. With that being said, none of the identities of the poster were mentioned in the lawsuit.
