When you hear rape accusations, it’s 99.
99% true and rapists are basically charged with the right decision made by the law. You hear all sorts of news regarding this topic but what you don’t hear is when a woman ‘rapes’ a man, drugs him or steals his money.
Sometimes it feels like the rule is basically of women around the world in certain regions but men ‘claim’ they are the rulers. Rape is a wide issue that we fear causes a lot of havoc and anarchy especially if rapists aren’t admitting to the fact that they are one!
Anyway, one of the weirdest news we’ve come across is this:
A Man Jailed For Piercing A Condom With A Pin
Andrew Lewis is 47 years old who is sent to jail for four years because he admitted that he pierced a hole in his condom with a pin.point 108 | On October 5th, 2020, this news went viral, and here’s what you need to know about the decision taken by the court, the dialogue exchanged among the people in court, and the final decision by the judge.point 280 | 1
Common Fraudulent Acts By Women In The UK
We rarely hear of frauds caused by women in order to keep a man to herself.point 210 |
Getting him in trouble either by putting drugs in his drink to conceive a child with him.point 73 | So he does not leave the women forever.point 105 | Or purposely forgetting to take the contraceptive pill as well as other methods to have a baby.point 184 | Just so the man would be in charge of the lifetime and under the woman’s pressure.point 257 | 1
Paternity frauds are common but so are maternity ones! Although the UK has never charged a woman for such an act even though this is considered a crime under the Fraud Act 2006.

Dialogue Exchange and ‘Judgements’ For Andrew
Andrew’s partner did accuse him of rape after he did admit to pierced a condom beforehand. He claims he punctured the contraceptive deliberately and in all of his senses with a pin. He did it just so he could get his girlfriend pregnant.
This decision led Andrew a sentence of rape accusation and 4 years straight in jail. This 47-year-old man claims he did this for the fact there would be some hope. For intimacy and love between the couple after getting her pregnant as what most people in even today’s world believe.
Upon finding the pierced condom by the ‘victim’ woman. She took it to the police and charged him for rape upon which the police quickly responded and arrested the man.
Andrew and The Prosecutor
Andrew, 47 years old and a train driver, appeared in Worcester Crown Court. He did admit that he raped in an early hearing. His prosecutor Glyn Samuel told the court that the woman accused him of rape since she found clear evidence of pin. And pierced condoms in his drawer.
Mr. Samuel says that when she realized what happened, she went to the police and told them what Lewis had done which the police claimed was ‘pure evil.’
He further adds: “Andrew said it was one of the stupidest decisions he ever did make. And he’s ashamed for it and admits to the evil doing.’ Since he did not pre-plan it, he adds that there was just a little case to help Judge with the sentence.
Defender’s Claim and Andrew’s Admittance
Lynetter McClement is the defending of Andrew Lewis who’s also from Worcester. He claims that Lewis did not have an intention to get his girl pregnant. But all he did want was intimacy and love.
She further adds: ” The woman had all means and right to choose her type of contraception. She chose to go for a condom and he hoped it would tear and as a result. She’d change her mind which is we believe is an unusual case but they had such connections, anyway.”
Judge’s Decision
Judge Cole gave a statement in favor of the woman who clearly didn’t want a baby. The judge believes it was such an evil decision by the man. This was a breach of trust and the offense of rape is a serious matter so a sentence is appropriate.
