34-year-old Gina Dewdney gave birth to triplets and was surprised that all the babies were boys even when the previous scans declared that two of them were girls.
A woman had to bear a loss of $500 when she gave birth to three boys in one day. According to Gina, the earlier scans told that she was going to give birth to two girls and a boy. That is why she and her husband bought several girls’ clothes and accessories. They spent an overall $500 in buying those items.
But at the time of the birth, the couple was startled to see all boys. All of these babies are identical and named Jimmy, Jenson, and Jaxson.
Jaxson weighed 2lbs, Jensen, 2lb 7oz, and Jimmy 3lbs, and they were delivered in one minute and 52 seconds. According to their mother, the scan failed to reveal the correct gender as her babies don’t stay still for even a minute.
Before the delivery, Gina thought that she was going to give birth to twins.
She suffered from migraines and experienced blind spots in vision along with pregnancy insomnia. Her pregnancy was not easy. In her 13th week’s scan, she came to know that there are three babies instead of two. In the 16th week’s scan, the doctor told her that identical twin girls and a boy were there.
It made the couple buy girls’ things, look out for girls’ names, and décor the rooms accordingly.
They spent $500 on all pink stuff, and now all these things are of no use. Still, Gina hasn’t thrown away anything as she is willing to try for a girl in the future. According to her, people might think that she is crazy to think about another baby after triplets, but she has no issue with that.
Elaborating on the personalities of her babies, Gina said that Jimmy is the joker, Jenson is dramatic, and Jaxson is completely chilled and sits and watches the other two.
The couple is living in a big home with five bedrooms now. Their house is always messy, and she is always busy doing the chores. Looking after the triplets is not a child’s play. They have to go around 30 nappies a day and 24 bottles of milk to feed the little ones.
