The Turpin sisters are all set to reveal disturbing details about how they made their escape from their parents’ house of horrors.
The two sisters who hail from California claim they’ve endured severe pain and torture while living in their own home and it’s all thanks to their mom and dad’s brutal nature who kept all 13 siblings captive for so many years.
But the girls aren’t keeping quiet and will soon go public and what they and all their other siblings have endured over so many years.
Referring to their residence as the house of horrors and torture chamber too, the sisters are grateful to be alive today as they believe the tragedies that took place inside are hard to put into words, even for them.
“We were so close to death on so many occasions, it’s unbelievable that we’re still alive today,” they added.
Reports claim that the pain and suffering finally ended after 11 years of torture when authorities went about arresting their parents in the year 2018.
The shockingly exclusive interview that features both bold sisters will now be aired on Friday, the 12th of November on ABC’s renowned ’20/20′ that is hosted by Diane Sawyer. However, a thrilling preview of the episode has been aired recently, sparking so many people’s interest across the board.
In the short clip, one of the Turpin sisters can be seen revealing how her body shook immensely when she picked up the phone to call 911 rescue services for assistance. This was right before she made an attempt to escape from her residence which is located in Perris, California.
“For us, this decision was literally like now or never. If something happened to me, I would at least be content about how I died trying,” she revealed.
Both parents were sentenced to 25 years in jail, right after they pleaded guilty to torturing as well as holding their kids captive for 11 years in their home in California.
