Ever heard of criminals leaving the courtrooms and laughing? Very little because this is a rare case since we consider such people as mentally ill.
Well, that is of course if they did something horrific such as a brutal murder or they’re big criminals. These three sisters are single moms, see below, Leanne, on the left who is 32, Louise, in the center who is 29, and Samantha Whelan (right), 33 years old. They did not just smile but laugh their way out of the courtroom when the judge spares them of any sort of accusation or prison time.
Story Behind The Laughter of Three Sisters
You have heard about the three musketeers, now’s the time to see what happened to the sisters. Basically, in a homophobic tirade, these sisters swung a hammer in the face of a gay man. They were screaming slurs and called him names like ‘queer’ or ‘f****’,
According to the victim of verbal abuse and threat, this man who is Peter Taylor, claims that one of the sisters; Leanne who is pregnant as well, did swing a hammer in front of his face after he tried to confront them.

Reason Why The Judge Spared Them Of Jail Time
According to the judge, putting these three single mothers in jail would result in significant harm to their children. Their children are from 7 months and 13 years old, the other Leanne being pregnant.
When this row took place, the children were playing in the playground in Birkenhead on August 11, 2019.

How did the sisters behave with Mr. Taylor?
Since Mr. Taylor did stand on his ground, Leanne came through swinging the hammer in the air to get at him. But she missed his upper body as he leaned down to protect himself. Leanne and other sisters shouted “queer…” and other similar homophobic slurs at Peter.
Leanne has five previous convictions for 10 offenses and is convicted of keeping an unlicensed weapon with her. Louise has 12 convictions for 19 offenses, which include racially aggravated harassment against a security guard at a supermarket.
Whereas Samantha has three previous convictions for assaulting a police officer, battery, and shoplifting which pretty much sums up the decision should be to put them to jail considering what they’ve done previously and now, too.
Their lawyers believe these sisters are trying to be better as they’ve signed up for different improvement classes. The judge gave all three of these sisters only a 3-month curfew which means from 8 to 6 in the morning they won’t be able to go out. With this, the judge also gave them a rehabilitation activity requirements they have ought to do!
