After his bail, Jadd William Brooker, the accused, went on to live alongside his grandmother. Currently, he is under custody. And that’s because the opposing side appealed the decision. At the same time, police released warnings regarding the pedophile’s constant threat.

Reports confirmed how the court granted him bail to live with his grandmother. That means he gets to sit at home detention. However, reports also revealed how he’s still under custody. And that’s because the prosecutor’s side are appealing the decision.

At the same time, district police from South Australia warned the legal system to avoid releasing the accused. Most importantly, they explained his rather horrifying intentions to infect other kids. This comes in light of him pursuing young teens for sex. Similarly, he is also guilty of trying to destroy any possible traces of evidence too.

Police explain terrifying case details

Police suggest that the pedophile allegedly had sex with a teenager. However, he never confirmed or revealed his condition. And that means he probably infected the teen along the way. For this reason, the teen underwent HIV testing and still awaits the results.

Reports claim that 38-year-old Brooker also subjected the victim with child exploitation related materials. And despite all of these warning signs, he still got bail.

Prosecutors explained the horrors of the incident in court by stating:

“The surviving victim had no idea about Brooker’s medical condition. Despite that, he chose to engage in sexual activity. Currently, he’s undergoing testing.’

On the other hand, the prosecutor’s side also explained how Brooker contacted his mom, during jail time. Here, she volunteered to delete all of his evidence. And that meant his Facebook account as well as any other accounts that may relate to him.

To be more specific, they even showed details about how the pedophile granted his mom an email ID and password. This related to his live account on Microsoft.

Brooker’s sole motive revealed

But that was just the beginning of the massive horror story. According to reports, Brooker pursued up to 19 different teenagers. And they belonged to the ages 13 to 16. Meanwhile, evidence confirms the pedophile’s sole intention.

He wanted to have sex online. Other than that, they also showed how he had multiple connections with other pedophiles too.

Despite all of these major danger signs, he received bail. And now people are questioning Judge Rodney Oates’ decision. Why would anyone grant a criminal like that bail?

Well, reports suggest that the bail came about after checking Brooker’s history. He has no evidence of past criminal behavior. At the same time, there are no breaches in bail too. And that gives him the benefit of innocence presumption.
