According to media reports, the popularity of both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has plunged downwards in a shocking new low. The news comes right after Prince Philip’s funeral recently.
In the past, the world witnessed a sharp decline in the opinion of the public as far as their popularity was concerned. And all of the credit for that goes to their bombshell interview alongside Oprah Winfrey. The interview was aired on CBS and clearly shocked the world as the Royals were accused of racism and other appalling behavior by Meghan herself.
But in other positive news, the Queen of England still remains supreme in terms of popularity, with many critics terming her as the most popular Royal member in Buckingham Palace. On the other hand, both Prince Charles and Prince Edward saw a major boost in popularity too.
The new poll clearly demonstrated how the British Public felt over the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s decision of parting ways from their royal duties. And just in case the concept of Megexit was hard to handle and digest, the explosive interview with Oprah made things worse.
