Recently, he is again in the spotlight for his concern for a 96-years old man who got a ticket for over speeding. When Caprio called him, he broke into tears narrating his story. He told me how his son is a cancer patient and he was going to get his blood work from the hospital.

The ticket says he over speeded near school premises but the old man told him he can’t over speed owing to his age. He also told him he does not go outside the home unless it is an emergency. So this time, it was his son who needed his help as his son is not physically stable.

The judge listened to him carefully and showed his concern. To console him, he asked how old his son is to which he said ’63’. Upon this, the judge made a few more jokes to make the senior man feel comfortable.

He said, his son is also present in the court and he is setting an unhealthy goal for him. Frank said he can’t live up to the standard of the elderly mam because it’s too much. He then praised the man saying ‘daddy is still taking care of his son’.
