Shocking reports coming in from Florida have gone on to reveal how a teacher was recently busted for carrying out abuse against a pupil.

The mentor was awarded the noble acknowledgment of being ‘Teacher of the Year’ but that didn’t seem to last too long as she was busted for carrying out violent physical abuse against a female pupil who criticized the teacher and her award.

The educator from Florida was identified as Caroline Melanie Lee, a 60-year-old renowned teacher who taught English at a high school, Duval County Public School.

Just last week, the teacher could be seen beaming with a big smile as many congratulated her on the auspicious occasion and great honor for her diligent efforts.

But according to a recent report released by Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the teacher was soon arrested last Friday when many accused her of violently beating a young student.

Witnesses were horrified to see this side of the teacher come out in public, as she could be seen slamming a pupil across her face abruptly. Moreover, the incident left the student in a state of absolute shock, fear, and dread, alongside a bloody nose too.

Reports went on to reveal how the teacher had demanded the child to enter into her office, right after she read some not so pleasant comments made by the student in relation to her award.

In addition, the teacher added how the student even started to use the N-word during her classes too and that was something that she found to be highly inexcusable.

While the student remained unidentified, being a juvenile, many investigators claim she entered into a state of absolute shock after the horrifying ordeal.

“She reached across the classroom and grabbed a hold of the student. She shut the door and then began to hit her violently across her face,” a fellow student mentioned to investigators following the case.

Reports have gone on to confirm how the teacher was immediately removed from the classroom and won’t be returning anytime soon as investigation into the brutal act continues.
