A woman has shared the reason why she banned her husband from using their main bathroom and most people agreed with her.
The wife took to Reddit and explained that their house has two bathrooms: one is spacious and has a window while the other one is small and only has enough space for a sink and a toilet.
She said that her husband poos in the morning and in the evening, leaving her unable to use the bathroom when she needs to get ready for work.
“Not a marriage ender but definitely an annoying issue. So my husband likes to poop in our bathroom, and he usually poops right in the morning and right before bed. He only wants to poop in our bathroom, he likes it better. It’s roomier and has big windows,” she wrote.
The wife said that when her husband goes to poo, she also needs to use the bathroom as she has many products to apply every morning.
“There is no room for my stuff in the other bathroom. It only has a small cabinet and the sink is only a basin, with no counter.”
The frustrated wife also said that she has to carry her items to the smaller bathroom every morning just so she could get ready for work.
People on Reddit were on the wife’s side, with one person writing: “My husband and I poop in the poop bathroom for this exact reason. Your husband and you both can poop in the other one. Just not at the same time.”
Another wrote: “I thought it was a standard marriage rule that the person who has to poop goes to the guest bathroom. The opposite doesn’t make sense when two people are getting ready for work in the morning. That’s practically the sole reason people choose to live in two-bathroom homes.”
A third said: “He can poop in another bathroom since all your stuff is in your bathroom. It’s just common courtesy. He doesn’t have to lug 30 products to go poop. He’s just being a big baby.”
