Horrifying reports coming in from Virginia reveal how a father has been granted bail despite murdering his own young son and storing his corpse inside the family’s freezer for more than two years.
According to local media reports, Kassceen Weaver will now be released on bail worth $50,000 after authorities install a GPS monitoring system inside his residence in Richmond.
The ex-college basketball player was accused and then charged for murdering his four-year-old son, right after cops found the innocent child’s corpse inside the family’s freezer inside his home last year in May.
The prosecution side went on to argue how Eliel Aldon Weaver passed away tragically due to trauma relating to blunt force which resulted in him sustaining devastating and critical injuries to his body over a certain period of time.
Moreover, the nature of the injuries also revealed how the boy had been subjected to abuse too over the years as they couldn’t have taken place in just one day.
After his release, the Virginia father will not be allowed to have any contact or interaction with his own wife named Dina Weaver, which the prosecutor’s team claims he abused. In the same way, they denied him from visiting or seeing his own 10-year-old son.
The father was slapped with charges relating to felony murder as well as felony child abuse and neglect in regards to the tragic incident that led to the death of his son Eliel Aldon Weaver.
Little Eliel was found in a horrifying state, stuffed inside a plastic bag inside the family’s freezer in Virginia, where sources claim he had been present for nearly 2 and half years.
The victim’s concerned uncle reported to authorities how he believed something was wrong and he requested them to carry out a welfare check, only to discover the horror that had occurred.
The evil father spent six months in jail and is now all set to be released again on bail.
