One wife is sharing her utter heartbreak and devastation this Christmas after her beloved husband passed away in a tragic jet skiing accident.
Aaron Thomson’s body was recovered by a team of police divers in an area located west of Sydney, Australia. He leaves behind his wife and one young daughter.
The horrifying tragedy took place on Christmas eve, leaving the wife in a state of absolute shock as this was her first Christmas as a family. But little did she know that her husband would not be here with her to celebrate.
“The pain is unimaginable. It’s like someone has ripped my heart into a million pieces,” cried the wife.
Investigators claim Aaron’s body was reportedly located from the waters one day after he was reported as missing. Moreover, they also shared how the 35-year-old wasn’t wearing any life jacket when he was found.
He is one of the three individuals who had been reported jet skiing at high speeds near Port Hacking.
Police have also gone on to share how the only reason why the other two men traveling with him survived is that they were donning life jackets and he was not.
Aaron’s wife Renee Monroe spoke about her heartbreak via an Instagram post whose emotional captions brought tears to so many readers’ eyes. “My love, I do not know where to begin as I am at a complete loss for words. What I imagined to be our first Christmas together as a family, will not never be,” she added.
Renee concluded by stating how her heart was completely shattered beyond repair and can never be whole again as she will now be forced to raise the couple’s daughter all alone.
“I tried to hold it all together for our baby daughter but every time I look at her, it reminds me of,” she emotionally explained.
