A case dating back to the year 2019 where a father had been accused of using his own son as a human shield has now entered the spotlight again.

According to local media reports, the toddler named Yaseem Jenkins was only 11 months old at that time but that didn’t stop his dad from using him as a human shield while trying to escape from a supposed drug-related shooting.

The suspect was a notorious con artist and he felt zero guilt while using his son for protection from bullets being directed at him.

Little Yaseem received bullets to his head, neck, and buttocks region. Today, he has tragically died at the age of just 3, all thanks to his father’s horrifying and cruel intentions.

While shooting, all of his bullets hit his son, instead of the con artist father. After being severely injured, he was rushed to the hospital and while he may have been rescued by the skin of his teeth, today, he passed away.
