The holiday season is usually one of the most colorful and enjoyable times of the year. From the decorative lights to the smell of holiday baking filling the air- the list of Christmas memories is plenty. But what is it that actually makes people dislike it?
Well, according to experts, it might have something to do with a dark reason. And below, we’re unraveling the mystery, just for you.

The vocal minority is doing whatever it takes to make their voice heard. And for now, it’s related to how much they hate Christmas. But what is a question on millions of people’s minds. Isn’t it supposed to be the happiest time of the year?
Well, most editors most probably assume that writers are on their way to creating an edge like never before seen. However, what they fail to understand is how that’s simply not the case. Today, we’re speaking on behalf of minorities that work during the holiday season. Yes, you guessed it right, the dreadful holiday shift is an absolute nightmare by all means.

When we spoke with workers who were working in retail for more than a decade, they spoke more about how much they hate Christmas. Whether you’ve completed your shift or plan on beginning soon, one thing is for sure. We wish you nothing but love and lots of luck.
The brutal shifts require grievances across the board. And it’s mostly related to how the festive period is no longer about tree decorated and family dinners. It’s about sacrificing your happiness to see others smile. Certainly, it’s all in the name of a job too.

Did we mention how the sales bring out the worst in humanity too? Certainly, some people feel like it’s a sick sarcastic joke or nightmare that doesn’t intend on ending.
In the year 2013, YouGov created a survey. Here, they talked about how they wished to gauge people’s feelings about the Christmas holidays. And in that survey, they concluded how 1 in 5 Brits disliked this wonderful time of year.
On the other hand. 21% explained how much they hate Christmas while 16% talked about canceling the holiday altogether. Wow, how’s that for some savage talk?

Other than that, research shows how much more women welcomed the festive season when compared to their male counterparts. Also, double the number of men mentioned how much they dislike Christmas altogether.
Unsurprisingly, those who don’t belong to the Christian religion, obviously voted for a dislike preference when compared to the rest. We’d just like to take this moment to reinstate how much this time is a religious event. Therefore, it’s one of the biggest events in the Christian calendar. Hence, don’t let anyone else fool you.
